Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind to stay at the present moment. Our mind always playing with the past matters which already happened we cannot make any changes and worrying about the future. It makes us forget the present moment is the only moment when life is available to us.Through meditation practices are the technique that encourage and develop concentration, emotional positively, clam, and the most important bring us to the present moment “NOW”.

I feel when take a deep breathing in and out as doing some pranayama technique before meditating is helps to steady the rhythm of the breath and leads my mind in to a peaceful meditative state. I can stay it more longer.

We should stay at the present moment not only during meditation but bring this practice in to our daily life and being mindful of whatever it is that we are doing.
